Carolyne Tayebwa is currently a Business Development Manager at UAP Old Mutual Insurance Uganda Ltd.
She has vast Insurance experience 12 years across various companies, thus Britam Insurance and National Insurance Corporation.
She is also an active member of Oil and gas insurance projects on behalf of ICOGU ( Insurance Consortium of Oil and Gas in Uganda).
Carolyne holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Makerere University
and pursuing a diploma in Insurance at the Insurance Training College.
She has undertaken several management and leadership programs to enable her to drive business growth.
Outside work Carolyne is a social and outgoing person who enjoys traveling and swimming,
She is also a wife and a mother.
