My work experience for the last 22 years has been about helping people make economic progress. I have been involved in product design, development, and introductions to markets, in the manufacturing and service sectors. From managing other people’s businesses to starting and managing my own, I have learned many lessons that I am inspired to share. I have traveled extensively in the USA, Europe, and Africa facilitating Seminars and workshops on the role of small businesses in fighting poverty in the developing world. I also have a keen interest in helping people achieve financial independence.

n Started Clean Consult Limited from scratch in 2003. Having a business that has lasted 19 years and still going strong is one of my greatest achievements. Currently: Managing Director. n Together with three other partners started Najja Modern Primary School Limited in 2005. This Primary school currently has a population of 400 and is one of the best schools in the Wakiso District. Current Chairman of the School Management Committee n Started Living Business Education in 2009 current Lead Trainer managing other 5 trainers. Together with my team we have trained more than 30000 people in areas of business and finance and helped thousands find pathways out of poverty. n Founder and Former Chief Executive Officer, Mazima Retirement Plan since 2016. Implementing a vision of Universal access to Pension coverage, especially for those in the informal sector. n Chief Executive Officer/Co-Founder, Four One Financial Services Limited offering My savings an emergency savings wallet, and Bitbricks, Uganda’s first micro real estate investment platform that uses the Crowdfunding model. We seek to build digital bridges for people to their dreams. n Authored two books: Investing for the Future is about preparing and investing for Retirement first published in 2015. One of Uganda’s best sellers on Retirement Planning. The other “The Great Financial Rebuild” is about people rebuilding their lives after the economic turmoil caused by a global pandemic as we had with the Corona Virus. This book also teaches financial frugality and the need to understand how business works as a source of livelihood and investment. n Voluntary Involvement: Uganda Board Chairman, Partners Worldwide (an organization working to end poverty for 15 million people by the year 2030 and currently working in Uganda and 27 other countries.
